1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MySecry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

MySecry is an AI-powered personal assistant via WhatsApp and our web app. It parses natural-language messages to create events, reminders, and schedule queries; delivers reminders through configured channels.

3. Accounts

  • Registration information must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for credential security.
  • One account per person. Sharing prohibited.
  • Minimum age — 16 years.

4. Trial period

New accounts receive a free PRO trial. Duration shown at registration. No payment during trial. After trial — auto-transition to free plan unless you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at end of period.
  • Prices in USD. Taxes may apply per jurisdiction.
  • Payments via Stripe. We do not store raw card data.
  • Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of paid period.
  • Refunds at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of charge.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate any law.
  • Send spam, abuse, or harassment.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Process sensitive personal data of third parties without consent.

7. AI limitations

The AI may make errors. You are responsible for verifying events/reminders. MySecry is not liable for missed appointments due to AI parsing errors.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime outside our control (WhatsApp / Google API outages).

9. Intellectual property

The MySecry service (software, design, AI models) is owned by MySecry Ltd. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from Settings at any time. On deletion, all personal data is anonymised immediately per Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySecry Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability ≤ amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes — exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

13. Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
